Print and complete the Personal Credit Application (DIYers) or the Commercial Credit Application (Professional Builders) to access charging privileges at all NINE Doug Ashy locations – Lafayette, Verot, New Iberia, Rayne, Ville Platte, Covington, and Lake Charles, as well as the Flooring Store in Lafayette and Louisiana Drywall & Roofing Specialties, L.L.C. in Lafayette.  

 

Statements are sent out monthly by mail or e-mailed if requested. Our credit terms are as follows: ALL AMOUNTS ARE DUE IN FULL BY THE TENTH (10TH) DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE MONTH OF PURCHASE AND ACCOUNT HOLDER AGREES TO PAY A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1.5 % PER CENT PER MONTH (18% PERCENT PER ANNUM) IF THE AMOUNT DUE HAS NOT BEEN PAID BY THE END OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE MONTH OF PURCHASE.
