Responsibilities:
· Responsible for generating inside sales and maintaining product knowledge.
· Assist customers with selecting the right products to meet their needs and resolve any customer issues as they arise.
· Consult with homeowners and contractors on products and services needed for jobs.
· Ability to work with home blueprints and provide foreseeable quotes.
· Participate in vendor training for product information updates.
· Provide support for the outside sales group in residential project management.

Required qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 – 3 years Millwork Inside sales experience or within the building materials industry.
· Knowledge of Millwork materials and products preferred.
· Must have computer and basic math skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Detailed oriented and must possess organizational skills.
· Ability to work half day every other Saturday.
· High School diploma or equivalent
